Privacy Policy

Atlas ("Atlas," "we," "us") is a fitness coaching app currently in pre-launch. This policy explains what information we collect today through this waitlist site, what we will collect once the app itself launches, and how that information is handled.

What we collect today

Right now this site does one thing: it lets you join the waitlist. The only personal information we collect is:

• The email address you submit through the waitlist form.

We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site. We don't collect device identifiers, location, or browsing behavior.

What the app will collect

Once the Atlas app launches, it will collect information you choose to log in order to provide adaptive coaching, such as workout history and food logs, along with basic account information (e.g. email, name). We'll update this policy with full detail before that data collection begins, and the in-app experience will make clear what's being logged and why.

Atlas has no social feed and does not use gamified engagement mechanics (streaks, leaderboards, etc.). Your logs are used to generate your own training plan — not to build a public profile.

How we use your information

• To notify you when Atlas is ready for you.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the product.
• To respond if you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the waitlist and, later, the app itself (e.g. hosting and email delivery infrastructure), under obligations to protect it. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to delete it or until the waitlist is closed, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting us at hello.atlasfitness@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights over your personal data; we'll honor applicable requests.

Children

Atlas is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, and post material changes here before they take effect.
