Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Atlas waitlist site and, once available to you, the Atlas app (together, the "Service"), provided by Atlas ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Atlas is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist reserves your spot for early access — it doesn't guarantee access on any particular date. Once available, Atlas turns your workout and food logs into a training plan that adapts to you.

Your account and data

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (including your waitlist email) and for keeping any account credentials secure once accounts exist. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Submit false or misleading information to the waitlist.

No medical advice

Atlas provides fitness coaching based on the data you log. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a pre-launch product, features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
